Is it only about the dollar?
This I posted on the Beverly Hills forum after increasingly desperate drivers sitting on multiple fines being hounded by the SDRO contacted me.
http://au.messages.yahoo.com/news/national-news/40122?p=1
If I had paid $110 in August to lawyers who implied that they would endevour to help me after I had collected multiple fines, and then have not contacted me since they took my money, I would be more than cranky.
I would ring "A current affair", "Today Tonight."
Write to the Leader, The Telegraph, and The Sydney Morning Herald because at least one of these media outlets would run with a story about how "greedy" lawyers can alledgedly collect over $440,000 and then allegedly can't afford a phone call or at least email, to imform the frantic drivers that they signed on, about what is going on.
I would imagine the lawyers of Nyman Gibson Stewart are working dilegently on your behalf, but why the silence?
This is part of what is on the registration information form sent to me,(I capitalized the words I think are very relevant.)
" we require the payment of $110 (inclusive of GST). This will cover TELEPHONE CALLS TO YOU, EMAILS, reading of any documents you may have and writing a letter on your behalf as part of a collective group."

People emailing me on www.schoolzonesanta.com say they have heard nothing since signing on.
This was the next posting on the forum, the same day.
