The news on the cross city tunnel doesn't appear too good.
It appears that the affected traffic is horrendous in the CBD and the number of extra drivers using the tunnel isn't quite what would make the CCT shareholders rub their hands with glee.
All that is needed to prove the stupidity of the " tunnel funneling" is an incident in the tunnel to see what happens when all the traffic has to do the "rat run".
