Cross City Tunnel
Well it'll be on again on Thursday when the 6 week "no toll" period ends and paying is again required.
The "rat run" to avoid paying the toll has been made even more difficult by extra work carried out in the last 6 weeks.

The bit I've circled interested me so I emailed this to the Telegraph and it was in today's paper

There was an accident in the M5 East Tunnel last month and because
the road surface was damaged by spilt fuel they closed that section most of the day if not longer.
Could an accident happen in the Cross city tunnel?
