I caught listener on 2GB this morning talking about flashing lights being tested at St Catherines in Waverly (Sydney's East) The 40 on the school zone sign was circled by small lights.
Why not just two orange flashing lights on the school zone signs?
The more complicated, the higher cost in installation and maintenance.
