I e-mailed a letter last month

It wasn't published and because the Telstra saga went on and on, I resent it adding "then just as I was checking the share price "the alarm clock went off.
The letters editor still didn't get my sense of humour.
Last Saturday this article was in the paper
Obviously the Telstra bosses couldn't wait .
I wonder if my phone bill will go up and the service will improve?
