I did ring the office of NSW Premier  this morning and spoke to David, and told him the drama I've had with me over the last three years.

I gave him this website URL and asked him to get someone to ring me, and gave him my mobil number. I did message the Premiers office last night but didn't give all of my mobil number. I'll message them again tonight the correct no of digits.

David asked me if I did get replies to my emails (over the last 3 years). 

I said yes, normally about  three (3) months later,  with a reply "On behalf of the Minister" and the clearway signs in every new section I saw still showed incompetent installation.

 Our local member was a few years ago was Barry Collier, and he held his seat with a slim margin.

 Before an election suddenly there appeared on lamposts  posters  saying  "LETS KEEP COLLIER.

I thought what can I do with that?

That afternoon on the Princes Highway in Slyvania was this "door" sign, to greet all the South bound peak hour traffic.
