The Leaning Sign of Pavey
Italy has it's Leaning Tower of Pisa
NSW has it's own leaning icons on lamposts in Hi-Vis yellow in many suburbs on roads from St. Ives in the North, to Kirrawee in the South.
What would happen if you drill an extra hole in the RMS bracket and use two coach bolts to attach it back on the pole
I did and hung 12,240. grams (27 lb) of weights off the bracket when I finished.
One fixing bolt holding up the 567 gram (just over half kilogram) piece of hi-Vis aluminium
Volunteer worker re-attaching modified RMS bracket and sign with an second coach bolt
So the bracket with two coach
bolts can easily hold up
12,240 grams. (over 12 kilos)
But the one coach bolt way of
installation
("to Australian Standards")
prefered by the RMS, can't
handle 567 grams
