One young lady approached me with two toddlers, she had been fined 6 times before she knew.

A young man told me his sister in law had been fined 6 times.

A tradesman walking past said he had been caught twice

A lady this morning was walking past to look for the camera, she has had one ticket come in as yet

An old gent said out of 10 houses in his small street nearby someone in 8 of them had been fined.

When all of a sudden thousands of people get caught by the cameras, wouldn't someone think hey what's going on?

Are there unforseen contributing factors that causes so many drivers to still "speed"?
