Questions? Posted 29 . 9. 07
Yesterday there was this article in the Telegraph

My questions concerning this article are,
Does this school zone have "working*" flashing lights?
What time were these cars pinged?
8.05 am , or 3.35 pm perhaps, when the it's light traffic and totally devoid of vunerable school children
The photo although not very clear, shows what appears to be a divided road, what is the speed that the car in the photo can legally travel at 7.59 am. and not at 8.00 am school zone time?
This was another heading in the article.

If the speed limit there is normally 70 kmh and the drivers are unaware of the time, could it be more than just selfishness?

There were 8 letters in the Saturday Daily Telegraph about the above article.
Most agreeing, and telling of drivers tail gating and flashing lights behind cars doing the legal 40 kmh, but this letter makes a couple of good points.

I rang Mr Heath Aston the reporter who filed the above article on Tuesday and left my phone number on his voice mail so I could ask him some questions that his article didn't cover.
It's now Thursday night 9.06pm and as yet, he hasn't had time to ring me back.
