Now you see it now you don't.
Driving through Lurgano/Peakhurst I see that the Peter Olsen's flashing lights that have been working and warning drivers of school zone time for the last four years at the four schools have been replaced with RTA "preferred" solar powered units.
Because Peter's units needed to be reprogrammed after the 2010 school year the RTA solution
was to replace Peter's very effective flashing lights (above)

Could these replacement units have been better utilised a school without any flashing lights?
