The Sunday Telegraph had an article about a plan to have front number plates on motorbikes.

This is so that head on speed cameras can take a picture of speeding motorbikes and then being able to fine the rider.

There could be a flaw in that little plan, because when I stood at Beverly hills last year I saw numerous motor cyclists ride their machines BETWEEN THE SENSOR PADS.
