Highway to hell
This morning I managed to slow down lots more speeding drivers making it safer for all the children.
My dressing as santa is quite apt, for these same drivers were getting an early Xmas presant by not getting caught by the speed camera.
As I pointed out earlier, the problem is when drivers are stopped by the traffic lights at Morgan St traffic and after a long wait the lights turn green, and stretching down before them is this three lane divided road and unless the lead drivers are aware, they just cruise down past the speed camera and it turns into the highway to hell.

This photo was taken during this morning's peak, you can see all the traffic on the other side.
The speed camera is mounted behind a pole at the pedestrian lights ,which is under that big directonial sign over the road in the distance, and the camera sensors are set in the road just past the lights, so if the pedestrian light turns orange and as you are allowed to go through if there is the danger of cars behind you not stopping what does any driver do?
Who doesn't speed up on orange?
Don't do it there.
If you are stupid and run a the red light, (as I saw cars doing) do you get a speeding fine as well as a red light violation, it's would be on the same camera shot?
This afternoon I had a little santa's helper Peter Olsen who helped me remind drivers of the speed limit. Thanks Pete.
Some chap called out "who's paying you, the RTA?"
Nobody pays me anything, I'm trying to get some common sense used here
by the highly paid knuckle heads in the RTA.
I'm just very serious in helping all these strangers who were caughtout and still are every day at Beverly Hills, but as I do have to earn a living I hope things get resolved soon.
As about 100 cars were slowed down for the children today,
thats 100 x $132 min.= $13.200,...
Maybe the RTA would like to pay me to stay away

The RTA does moniter my site, a gentleman in Parramatta looked at my site nearly everyday for months when I was at Kogarah in '06
I have all the dates and times, and his name and contact details as they came up in my web stats.
I was at Kogarah all of FEB 06 in my cheap santa suit waving my sign and slowing down hundreds and hundreds of cars before the speed camera so I am a trying. Very trying.... ask Mrs Santa.
Before the March state election Mr Debnam promised to install flashing lights at schools, if he won the election, so I thought I'd give Mr Ansley a bit of a hand and give passing peak comuters something to think about before election.
Type mr collier in search panel on right, and scroll down past todays page for photos/details.
Maybe a little silly but Mr collier just scrapped in, maybe I helped just a little.
I may be a goose as Ray would say, but even a goose has a brain.
Otherwise how do Canadian geese know the way to fly to southern USA for winter holidays every year.?
If I had the money I could get really serious and take the show on the road between school zone times at Beverly Hills, to where ever it would attract the most attention.
SO IS THERE SOMEONE OR SOMEONES OUT THERE, THAT COULD SPONSER ME OR DONATE(ANONOMOUSLY OF COURSE IF DESIRED), SO I CAN REALLY HELP.

So if you can help please push the comment button.
Imagine what I could do with a couple of dollars each from all the drivers caught so far.
But I know what happens, it's a bit like if the lights go out in your street, everyone sits in the dark and waits for "someone" else to ring.
Go on be a someone, push the comment button.
Back monday and I'll take it up a notch as too many drivers are still endangering children
