Which Government knew that school zones didn't work as well as expected because motorists can't get used to them.
Why we are still reminded by radio spots and on RTA overhead signs about school zones, even after it being years since school zones were introduced?
Finally a "clayton" system of flashing lights have been set up at 100 sites because of media pressure.
What has happened to these lights is in previous pages.
Hopefully a change on March 24 will see a bit of common sense.
