Wheel clamps
As there is the idea to wheel clamp hoons.
I sent an email into the Telegraph and it was printed this morning.
It is a similar letter to one I've had printed before, but that was before the funding was announced.
Maybe someone will read todays letter and realize that having drivers license cancelled till 2023 or whatever.... won't work.
I wrote about using wheel clamps in my "P" Plate crisis Category and have contacted various people with this suggestion over the last couple of years.
