Who and why I have embarked on this "mission" is explained (hopefully)
in the "About school zone santa" category.
A suggestion given to me today, that maybe to stop the confusion about times and days of when it's school zone time could be solved by having 40 klms zones outside schools ALL THE TIME, with warning "judder bars" set across the road.
Fines and the loss of points that we have now don't seem to work.
School children a still put at risk everyday outside schools by speeding drivers even with all the signage.
WHAT IS THE ANSWER??
I have again E-mailed Mr Costa and the E-mail and reply are back a couple of pages,27/7/05 "Same old same old"
I have tried a different approach today. I'll keep you updated.
