SUPERCHEAP AUTO XMAS STOCKING FILLER ????
Just dandy, it's school holidays with balmy nights and lots of bored kids..
To the rescue is Super cheap Auto with it's stock take "special gift lines," catalogue.
It's obviously a coincidence that from Boxing day till New Years eve, if one is over 18, you can stock up on handy paint spray cans.
5 cans for $10
As it was obviously a coincidence that during the TV broadcast of the Supercheap Auto Bathurst 1000 a "special" of 4 cans for $10 were highlighted throughout the race.
Who watches Bathurst and who does graffiti?
Bottom half of front page of latest catalogue.....

I know it's a legal product and you have to be over 18 to buy spray cans..
YOU HAVE TO BE OVER 18 TO BUY ALCOHOL, SO WHY WAS IT LAST WEEK DEEMED NECESSARY TO INTRODUCE HEAVY PENALTIES FOR SUPPLING GROG TO MINORS?
Good thing that older mates don't buy paint cans for their younger friends.

I've since removed the tinsel and added "Corporate responsibility?"
This sign was on the Princes Highway at Blakehurst to catch Southbound traffic for 4 days before someone removed it.
Instead of practically giving it away there should be a $5 "graffiti removal" levy on every can sold.
I emailed Barry O'farrell about graffiti earlier see "Graffiti" category for replies.
I have emailed the Sutherland Mayor I'm sure that she would also think that "giving" spray cans away is not showing corporate responsibility.
I'll wait for a reply and contact the papers and maybe get my van sign out (pictured below)
I'll think of something suitable

My seemingly irresponsible camera warning is explained in the "Beverly Hills" category.

Bad publicity gets attention.
I will email Bunnings and thank them that they don't see the need to bulk sell spray cans to earn a few extra dollars.
