RMS erection dysfunction

The R.M.S. (road and marintime service) definately has an erection problem, as shown by the numerous photos in previous pages.
They can't seem to erect a little clearway sign on a pole in a way that it remains in a horizontal position for any length of time..
This is a clearway sign put up less than two years ago to replace the old white ones,
and not long after, it looked like this "Hi-Vis" example of sloppy installation
A poster was added above it, reading "Hi-Vis fail" and about a week later the sign was adjusted to look as in the next photo
and one month, and two days later the sign had returned to it's old position
Is this going to happen everywhere clearway signs are to be "upgraded" to the new "Hi-Vis " yellow, without a better way of installation ?????
That's what happens on wooden poles, but their fixing clearway signs onto metal poles isn't much better, as
shown in this example on Box Rd, and the Princes Highway Sylvania.
Having a bracket fixed to anything with one bolt, and Newton's law of gravity will take over.
Place the sign against the pole
(steel or wooden) add a
screw top and bottom,
and no more problems
with gravity!!!!
