Little bit of nonsense
In readiness for the Cross city tunnel opening next monday 26/8/05
I wanted to add other thoughts about what would happen to traffic flow if there's a computor glich, break down or accident in peak hour, and the tunnel would close and all the traffic has to do the "rat run".
But didn't push my luck with the "Letters" editor and it was published 26/8/05 (Friday)
