"I slow down"
"What do you do when you find yourself in the middle of a school zone?" I asked a lady customer in Gymea bay this afternoon.
"I slow down" she said
"Too late if youre half way in a zone" I said, and told me she had been caught at the camera at Gymea.
She agreed that flashing lights would help.

And what can you do with an individual like this?
