HERE AT LONG LAST
Last Monday 13th May at long last the two lights and an electronic box were added to the signs at Loftus, so they are now finished,.
The trailer warning sign was removed on Thursday 16th May.
On the 13th of January I noticed that the signs went up (without the lights) and a warning sign trailer was put in place.
So the trailer was there Jan 13th to Feb 13... March 13 ....April 13.... and then till May 16
The trailer was hired for 4 months at around $115 a day. (which I was told was the RTA rate at least 5 years ago)
So 4 months, say @ 30 days, 4 x 30 = 120 x 115 = $13,800 + $70 to drop off and $70 to pick up = $13,940.
Don't tell me that the delay in installing the lights and contol box cost an extra $13,940?
