A trip to Singapore shows me how to curb graffiti.
Punish those that get caught.

Nowhere did I see, while travelling throughout Singapore on train, bus, cable car, by taxi, or on foot, see one tag, graffiti or scratched window (and I was ready with my camera) except at a cafe on Orchard rd called, of all things, "GRAFFITI CAFE"
Strangely in a country that takes a very dim view of graffiti why allow a cafe to be called that, and then to allow graffiti covered walls (and furniture)in this place baffles me.
And what happens around graffiti ...... more graffiti.
