This is what was Our Premier Mr Iemma was reported to have said, and was in an article yesterday in the St George and Sutherland shire Leader.
This was presumably when asked about all the thousands being caught at Beverly Hills.
So you get embarressed into promising to put up flashing lights at school zones, "roll out " flashing lights (that break down) at one hundred schools out of 4000 at slap in 60 speed cameras.
I don't mind speed cameras, but not at the bottom of a hill on a divided road in the middle of a nearly 1 kilometer school zone with no school within cooee.
Would the premier tell the thousands who could loose their licence maybe their job, and then can't pay their bills that, if there was an election next month.
The opposition are very quiet too
