Blowing in the wind
The King Georges corridor of clearway signs have received attention from RMS Contractors, and droopy signs have been pushed up, some, not all, with an extra coach bolt added underneath the bracket to hold it up.
One can see the newly added extra coach bolt with it's cute little tag still attached.

But will a bolt under a loose bracket, stop a sign going up?
No, as this photo shows, on the Highway in Gordon a pesky upper North Shore breeze blew it up.
And another one so loose it rotated up on it's one fastening bolt, and stayed up.

Just for interest sake, when I was at my local Bunnings
I checked the price of a single coach bolt with a tag
Would it not use less taxpayer money to buy a box??
